What kind of photos work?+
Anything from your phone. Flat-lays on a bedsheet, on-model shots in a hallway, harsh window light — Prisma handles the lift. JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WEBP, up to 50MB per photo.
How long does it take?+
Most shoots finish in under a minute. A 50-photo drop runs in around 8 minutes — usually less. We send you an email when it's done.
Will my photos look the same as everyone else's?+
No. You save your own look — paper tone, warmth, shadow style, brand color — and that aesthetic gets applied every time. Your collection looks like your collection.
What about my privacy and rights?+
Your photos are yours. We never train models on your imagery, never share with third parties, and you can delete everything from settings. SOC 2 in progress.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — from settings, in two clicks. No retention call. Your existing shoots stay accessible on the free tier after you cancel.
Do you have team seats?+
Pro includes 3 seats. Studio includes 10. Enterprise scales however you need. No per-seat fees.
