Is there a free trial?+
Starter is free forever — no credit card. Try Prisma on a small monthly allowance for as long as you want. Pro and Studio also come with a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first month.
How does monthly vs annual billing work?+
Choose annual and pay for ten months — get two free. Choose monthly and pay as you go. You can switch at any time; we prorate the difference.
What happens if I exceed my plan?+
We never silently charge you. If you hit your monthly limit, we pause new generations and prompt you to upgrade. Your existing photos and shoots stay safe.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from Settings — your plan stays active until the end of the current period, then drops to Starter. Your shoots and catalogue remain accessible on Starter.
We need a custom plan. Who do I talk to?+
Enterprise is for teams shipping more than 5,000 photos a month, or with security/compliance requirements. We'll build a plan around your volume and SLA needs.
